Service and Scheduling
We provide the pest control programs described on this site at the property address you give us. We need reasonable access to the property, including gates, to perform the work. If we cannot access the property on a scheduled visit we will reschedule.
Pricing and Billing
Prices shown on this site are current program ranges. Your actual price is set by the quote you receive, which accounts for lot size, treatable perimeter and the condition of the property. Plan pricing holds for the twelve months you sign up for, and we will tell you before any change at renewal.
Cancellation
Plans are month to month. There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. Tell us and we stop.
The Guarantee
Your service is 100% warrantied between treatments. If the pests covered by your program turn up between scheduled visits, that is covered under the warranty and we re-treat at no charge.
What We Do Not Do
We do not treat termites, wildlife, or commercial and institutional properties. We will refer you to an operator who does rather than take work we are not the right fit for.
