White Settlement's post-war brick has weep holes that have been opening for decades, so on each of the four Home Defender visits a year the Delta Dust in those holes is not a formality. The plan also treats the walls, eaves and a 25-foot swath of ground around the house, includes fire ant bait, and runs $30 to $54 a month by square footage.
Complete Home & Lawn Defense treats the yard from fence to fence in addition to the perimeter, for $40 to $73.50 a month. There is no contract, so if the lawn problem clears up and you want to drop back to Home Defender, you can.
Chiggers in White Settlement follow the open west edge, where yards meet undeveloped ground toward the lake, and any easement that goes unmowed. Full-yard treatment on Complete Home & Lawn Defense is the fix, with a short mow along that boundary to back it up.
