Where We Are Not the Right Call
Termites. We do not treat them and we will refer you out. Commercial and institutional accounts, which need a different license scope. Serious interior rodent infestations, which are trapping and exclusion work best handled by an operator who does that full time. We seal exteriors, but a colony living in your attic needs somebody else.
How to Compare Quotes Honestly
- Ask what is actually included. Plenty of cheap quotes exclude the yard entirely, which for a mosquito or chigger problem means it is not the same product.
- Ask for the TDA license number and look it up. It takes a minute and almost nobody does it.
- Ask what happens if the pests come back, and get the answer in plain language.
- Ask whether the price is per visit or per month, and how many visits a year that actually means.
