WHEN IT IS NOT ENOUGH
The Saginaw problems a perimeter plan does not solve on its own
Mosquitoes under the mature pecans are the big one. Shade and humidity are what adult mosquitoes rest in by day, and no foundation barrier changes that. That is a separate program with a visit every 21 days, April through September, priced on lot size.

Scratching in the wall is rodents, which the perimeter treatment does not touch. Rodent control is a $25 a month add-on to either year-round plan and starts with sealing the openings they use.
RING OR WHOLE YARD
Home Defender or Complete Home & Lawn Defense on a Saginaw lot

Count and dust the weep holes
On original brick the bottom course tells us most of what we need to know. Each weep hole gets Delta Dust, and if thresholds or mortar gaps have opened up we point them out and quote copper mesh if you want it.
Foundation band plus eave sweep
A liquid barrier is applied around the slab and about three feet up the wall, and the eaves, soffits and porch corners are cleared with a web pole. Under 40-year-old canopy that sweep is what keeps spiders from resetting.
The ring and the fire ant bait
Granular product is broadcast roughly 25 feet out into turf and beds, and fire ant bait goes down where mounds are present, especially on the newer edges. Gate access is all we need.
