Three ways chigger treatment disappoints a Southlake homeowner
We stop at your property line, and the nature area on the other side of it keeps producing chiggers all summer long. A treated boundary strip along that fence cuts what crosses into the yard substantially, but a lot bordering Bob Jones will never be entirely free of them in July. Anyone promising otherwise is selling you something.
Deep mulch is the second problem.
