Why a shaded Benbrook lot keeps producing fleas and ticks

Three honest limits on a Benbrook yard treatment
First, an indoor flea problem is not solved outdoors. When eggs are already in the rug and the dog bed, the house has become its own source and the lawn is no longer the bottleneck. Treat the animal through your veterinarian, vacuum on a schedule, wash the bedding hot, and let the yard program cut off the resupply coming from outside.
Second, we stop at your boundary. Public land around Benbrook Lake is not ours to work on, and neither is the wooded draw on the far side of a back fence. What this does is make your side of that line hostile, which is the practical place to draw it anyway.
Third, if the litter stays, the job is harder than it needs to be. Raking fence lines and beds clear and keeping the mown edge short costs nothing and removes the habitat we would otherwise be treating around. We will point out the exact strips worth clearing on the first visit.

The granules are not fake and they are not a rip-off. Spread properly and watered in, they will knock back adult fleas in the top of the turf, and on a small sunny yard with a light problem that can genuinely be the end of it.
